Here is a simple concept and an idea that can save you time and money and perhaps give you an edge over the competition in business.  Google Alerts.  How many of you are using Google Alerts?  What are Google Alerts?  Google Alerts are email updates of the latest relevant Google results (web, news, etc.) based on your choice of query or topic.

When was the last time you Googled you name? What are people saying about you? 2 positive stories on the impact of social media

Two great stories came across my desk this morning.  Both very different and yet the same.
