I get an enormous amount of email daily and much of these are articles and new information on Social Media and how to use the various tools available.  There is so much information being posted on a regular basis that sometimes its difficult to filter it down to useful bytes.  (like me use of bites/bytes?)  Today was no different.  I however come across this great article on “How To Use Google and Twitter To Find Your Customers.”  I wanted to share this one with you as I feel it will answer some questions about how to use some of the tools that are available and I just personally felt that Eric Tsai did such a great job in explaining this to everyone in terms we can all understand and in a step by step process.
